Job summary

Lodgistics Luxury Resort in Rustenburg, North West, is seeking a Finance Officer to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and partner with operational teams.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site collaboration; candidates based near the property are preferred. You will prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations and assist with VAT, audits, payroll costings and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Finance, Accounting or related field, or relevant bookkeeping experience.
• 3+ years in a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

FINANCE OFFICER

Luxury Resort | Rustenburg, North West

An exciting opportunity is available for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Officer to join the finance team of a luxury resort. This role is suited to a finance professional who can manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and work closely with operational teams to support effective financial management.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work with regular on-site collaboration. Candidates must be based within reasonable travelling distance of the property and willing to travel to site as required.

Residents of Rustenburg and surrounding areas will be preferred.

THE ROLE

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and cash flow forecasts.
