CleverProfits in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to own day-to-day financial operations for select client portfolios. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and strategic financial support while leading a small team.

This role requires clear communication with clients and internal teams, delivering actionable financial guidance and ensuring superb service. On-site work is required at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills and experience building financial models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; professional qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial operations for client portfolios.

• Provide strategic financial support and actionable insights.
