Adams & Adams is seeking a Finance Manager: Operational Governance & Expenditure Control in Pretoria to lead the firm’s operational finance functions, focusing on expenditure control, vendor governance, creditor oversight, and bank/cash management. The role drives governance, risk management and process optimisation in collaboration with CFO and Partners.

Qualifications

8–10 years progressive experience in a legal or professional services environment.
Strong operational finance and governance experience.
Experience leading teams and managing operational functions.
Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management.
Project and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

Lead operational finance environment including expenditure control and vendor governance.
Oversee creditor, bank and cash management and reporting.
Ensure regulatory compliance, risk monitoring and controls.
Drive process improvement, automation and efficiency.
Develop and lead the operational creditor and bank & cash team.
Collaborate with CFO, Partners and budget holders.
