Job summary

Quest Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A professional based in Gauteng to lead budgeting, forecasting and consolidation processes. You will analyse financial performance, build models and partner with business leaders to drive cost optimisations and strategic planning.

Strong Excel, FP&A, and experience with HFM/Hyperion/Essbase are required for this role. Eligible candidates have 8+ years in FP&A and an honours degree in Finance or related field.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with HFM, Hyperion, Essbase or similar financial reporting systems.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and consolidation.
• Experience preparing management and executive financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecast processes.
• Analyse financial performance, margins, revenue, costs and variances.
• Prepare monthly management reports and executive financial presentations.
• Manage financial consolidation and reporting using HFM, Essbase and related systems.
• Develop financial models and long-term business projections.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Review monthly financial results, annual financial statements and audit requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning and cost optimisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Manage and develop the finance team.
