You will manage monthly accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial controls while driving profitability and robust reporting. A strong track record in senior finance roles is expected.

Qualifications

• BCom in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• 7–10+ years of finance experience including senior management.
• Experience in leading a finance team.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• Cash flow management and working capital experience.

Responsibilities

Duties

• Lead and manage the finance function and team, ensuring efficient financial operations
• Prepare monthly management accounts and comprehensive financial reports
• Drive annual budgeting processes and ongoing financial forecasting
• Monitor budgets, costs, margins, and overall profitability
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and collections to maintain financial health
• Manage financial controls, reconciliations, and month-end processes
• Coordinate audit, tax, VAT, and statutory compliance activities
• Analyse financial performance and provide insightful variance commentary
• Support strategic and commercial decision-making with financial insights
• Enhance finance processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise gross-margin performance
• Provide strong financial leadership that supports business growth and stability

Requirements

• BCom in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification
• 7 to 10+ years of finance experience, including senior financial management
• Proven track record leading a finance team
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting skills
• Excellent budgeting and forecasting capabilities
• Expertise in financial management, management reporting, and cash flow management

What We'll Give You

• A competitive salary ranging from R65,000 to R80,000 per month (Cost to Company)
