You will manage reconciliations, bank reconciliations, PO approvals, and ERP-driven price changes, while mentoring the finance team and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Finance function
• Perform reconciliation of complex debtor and subcontractor accounts
• Review and approve purchase orders and rebate requests
• Conduct internal audits and ensure the completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation
• Oversee bank reconciliations
• Compile monthly financial reports and present feedback to management
• Apply and manage customer price increases within the ERP system
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective financial controls and processes
• Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reporting to management
• Lead, mentor, develop, and support the finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
• Provide financial guidance and support to the Sales and Transport departments as required
• Assist with operational finance duties during periods of high workload or staff absences
