Vivo Energy is seeking a Finance Lead to drive transformation initiatives across 29 countries, coordinating process design, readiness, and stabilization for the centralised Finance model.

You will work with country, central, and project teams to standardise processes, enable change adoption, and deliver reporting, automation, and governance for ongoing improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services or Transformation projects.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Experience supporting Finance transitions, migrations, or GBS programmes.
• Strong SAP knowledge and reporting capability.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience preparing KPI dashboards and management reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Finance process design workshops with Operating Units and Stakeholders.
• Review and update process maps, procedures, SLAs, and KPI frameworks.
• Support Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities and transition readiness assessments.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support transition planning and go-live readiness activities.
• Coordinate issue tracking and resolution during hypercare periods.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and service levels.
• Support implementation of stabilization and continuous improvement plans.
• Prepare backlog assessments and readiness reports.
• Develop backlog dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Deliver training on SAP transactions, reporting tools, and processes.
• Monitor backlog-clearing activities and readiness actions.
• Support deployment of BEST practices and standardized processes.
• Assist with master data configuration and governance activities.
• Coordinate user training and adoption activities.
• Monitor compliance and process standardization across Operating Units.

Job Purpose

The Finance Lead supports the delivery of transformation initiatives across 29 countries. The role is responsible for coordinating process transition, business readiness, operational stabilization, reporting, and continuous improvement activities to ensure successful migration of Finance processes into the central, standardised model.

Working closely with stakeholders in Country teams, Central Teams and Project teams, the role drives process standardization, supports change adoption, manages readiness activities, and enables operational excellence through data, reporting, automation, and governance.

Key Accountabilities

Process Design & Transition

• Facilitate Finance process design workshops with Operating Units and Stakeholders.
• Review and update process maps, procedures, SLAs, and KPI frameworks.
• Support Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities and transition readiness assessments.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support transition planning and go-live readiness activities.

Go-Live & Stabilisation Support

• Support Finance process migrations and go-live activities.
• Coordinate issue tracking and resolution during hypercare periods.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and service levels.
• Support implementation of stabilization and continuous improvement plans.

Operating Unit Readiness

• Prepare backlog assessments and readiness reports.
• Develop backlog dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Deliver training on SAP transactions, reporting tools, and processes.
• Monitor backlog-clearing activities and readiness actions.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Develop change management and adoption reports.
• Provide operational and volumetric analysis to leadership.
• Support governance meetings with relevant reporting and insights.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Support identification and implementation of Finance automation opportunities.
• Contribute to business requirements documentation (BRS).
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Operating Units.
• Track automation benefits and process performance improvements.

BEST (Balance Sheet Assurance) Rollout & Adoption

• Support deployment of BEST practices and standardized processes.
• Assist with master data configuration and governance activities.
• Coordinate user training and adoption activities.
• Monitor compliance and process standardization across Operating Units.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services or Transformation projects.
