Job summary

Datonomy Solutions in Johannesburg seeks an experienced Finance IT Manager to lead the stability, development and delivery of Finance systems and applications. This is a technical leadership role focused on applications, development and automation rather than a traditional financial management position.

You will manage the Finance IT development team, oversee critical Finance applications and drive cross-functional projects with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years' experience in software development or enterprise applications.
• At least 3 years' experience managing a technical, development or applications team.
• At least 1 year of practical UiPath experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the stability, development and delivery of Finance systems and technology initiatives.
• Manage the Finance IT development team and projects with external vendors.
• Oversee maintenance and improvement of Finance applications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with Finance technology architecture.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and code reviews.
