Job summary

People Dimension seeks a Finance & IT Manager in Pretoria to own the IT function, manage licensing and vendor relations, and drive automation across finance reporting. You will partner with the Finance team to modernise reporting and reduce manual workloads.

Ideal candidates bring a finance background, hands-on IT/data experience, and a track record in automation using Power BI/Power Platform or SQL. This is a hands-on leadership role with no direct predecessor.

Qualifications

• Finance background or related accounting training contextual to the role.
• Demonstrable IT, systems or data experience in automation or reporting.
• Experience automating processes (RPA, scripting or low-code tools).

Responsibilities

• Take over day-to-day ownership of the IT function and vendor relations.
• Identify and design automation to remove manual processes.
• Improve the systems behind financial and management reporting.
