Job summary
Datonomy Solutions is seeking a Finance IT Manager to lead stability, development and delivery of critical Finance systems and technology initiatives. This is a technical leadership role overseeing a Finance IT development team and coordinating with ERP, UIPath automation and Agile delivery.
You will manage system incidents, drive improvements, mentor the team through Agile ceremonies and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with Finance technology architecture.
Qualifications
- Minimum IT degree or equivalent qualification.
- 8-10 years' experience in software or enterprise applications.
- At least 3 years' experience managing a technical/development team.
- At least 1 year of practical UiPath experience.
- 3-5 years' ERP experience.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience leading complex systems projects across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Finance systems are stable, available and improved.
- Oversee support, maintenance and delivery of Finance applications.
- Manage incidents, risks, defects and production issues.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead a Finance IT development team and Agile ceremonies.
- Engage with vendors and partners for new solutions.
- Provide governance, reporting and continuous improvement.
