Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies in Midrand is seeking a Finance Graduate to assist in reconciliations of creditor accounts, invoice capturing and debtors tasks.

The role also covers processing journals, preparing creditor reconciliations, and ensuring payments are prepared with supporting documentation by set deadlines. Minimum requirements include Grade 12 and a Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting related field, with basic Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric (Senior Certificate) required.
• Diploma or degree in Financial Accounting or related field.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Finance-driven with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate invoice capturing and processing.
• Follow up on outstanding workflows and supplier claims.
• Prepare creditor reconciliations monthly and reconcile high volumes.
• Assist with data capturing and processing of payments with supporting docs.
• Prepare payment requests and file creditor documentation.
