Wright Energy Storage Technologies seeks a Finance Director (Commercial & Industrial Solar Distribution) to step into a group CFO role, reporting to the CEO with accountability to the Board. The role covers consolidated financial control across a holding company and multiple subsidiaries, plus covenant compliance and capital allocation decisions across trading and manufacturing entities.

• Executive finance leadership at board level.
• Experience with cross-border, multi-currency reporting.
• Background in import-distribution or industrial businesses preferred.

Responsabilités

• Consolidated financial control and reporting across holding company and subsidiaries.
• Group-level working capital strategy and capital allocation decisions.
• Covenant compliance and lender/noteholder reporting.
• Lead finance function and report to Board/CEO.
