Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Financial Director in Durban to provide strategic, executive financial leadership and influence commercial decisions across the business. The role demands CA(SA) with 5–10 years in senior management, proven FP&A, consolidation across entities, and listed-company experience.

You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, oversee treasury and cash flow, and drive large-scale transformation initiatives within a major distribution/logistics group.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) is essential and senior leadership experience is required.
• Proven FP&A and financial modelling capabilities at executive level.
• Experience with listed-company reporting and governance practices.
• Experience leading large finance teams and driving change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and executive financial leadership across the business
• Partner with executive leadership on commercial strategy, pricing and business decisions
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Oversee financial reporting and listed-company compliance requirements
• Manage statutory compliance and governance
• Lead group consolidations
• Oversee treasury, cash flow and working capital management
• Lead CAPEX planning, evaluation and financial control
