Job summary

DMA Group S.r.l. in Midrand, Gauteng, seeks a Data Product Manager (Finance) to lead reporting, analytics, and data-driven solutions across the Finance function. The role focuses on building scalable dashboards, automation, and insight products that improve efficiency and standardisation.

You will partner with FP&A, R2R, and Management Reporting teams, own end-to-end data products, and drive governance, training, and change enablement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years’ experience in Finance reporting, analytics, or data product delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end data products.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and Excel.
• Familiarity with FP&A, R2R, and management reporting.
• Experience with data governance and change enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end finance data products from concept to implementation.
• Design and deploy Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Translate business requirements into KPIs, data models and insights.
• Lead project delivery, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Drive automation using Power Platform and data governance standards.
• Support adoption and training across Finance teams.
