Job summary

Mayfair Gearbox in Johannesburg South is seeking a hands-on BI Developer / Management Reporting Analyst to build the company’s first management dashboard environment. The role involves collecting and cleaning data, creating Power BI dashboards for key metrics including production, claims, and cash outstanding.

Ideal candidates will have a BSC/BA in Computer Science or Engineering, with strong skills in Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and a business-minded approach to reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BI Developer, preferably from the Automotive industry.
• Ability to clean data and build a central reporting model.
• Experience in dashboard design and understanding business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from various sources and clean the data.
• Build Power BI dashboards for operational KPIs.
• Train branch teams on data submission and reporting standards.
