Job summary

Network Finance seeks an experienced finance professional to partner with the business and support the Group Financial Controller across group finance. You’ll drive financial insight, challenge performance and collaborate with stakeholders to enable better decision-making.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, deliver management reporting and build financial models for analysis, while driving controls and process improvements across the group.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ relevant finance experience.
• Strong Finance Business Partnering / Management Accounting experience.
• Experience supporting senior finance leadership.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills.
• Excellent Excel and financial reporting capabilities.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Mining, technology or multinational environment advantageous.
• Someone who can challenge the numbers, not just report them.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group Financial Controller across group finance.
• Business partnering with key operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Management reporting and financial analysis.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Analyse financial performance and identify key drivers; provide commercial insight to support decision-making.
• Drive financial controls and process improvements.
• Support month-end and group reporting.
• Prepare financial models and ad hoc analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders on financial and operational performance.
