Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Financial Accountant to join a growing South African business with a focus on mining and equipment sectors. The role involves maintaining financial records, monthly reporting, and supporting VAT, tax and audit requirements, within a multi-operational environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Financial Accountant.
• Experience within the mining equipment or mining services environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and monthly reporting.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate financial discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Manage and review accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Support VAT, tax and audit requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
