Job summary

Communicate Finance in South Africa is seeking a Finance Business Partner to work with operational and business unit leaders, delivering insights and support across budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.

You will develop KPIs, build financial models, analyse performance and present findings to senior management, driving cost-saving projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and a degree, with strong Excel and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Finance Business Partnering or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling experience.

Qualification

• BCom Accounting, Finance or related degree
• CIMA studies or qualification advantageous
