Job summary

Capitec in Stellenbosch is looking for a seasoned Finance Business Partner to help shape strategy and translate insight into action. You will partner directly with leadership to influence planning, performance tracking and decision-making.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, providing commercial analysis that supports sustainable growth. The role requires strong modelling, governance awareness and cross-portfolio collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified CA(SA) or CIMA (CGMA) professional.
• 21 years post-qualification experience (post-articles) in finance, with a strong focus on financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, or business partnering.
• Proven experience partnering with the business and delivering financial insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting.
• Strong financial modelling capability, including driver-based analysis, scenario modelling, and strategic investment evaluation.

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to team capability, including mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence, and collaborate with senior stakeholders
