You will manage the full lifecycle, sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates from entry level to senior leadership while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (Finance & Accounting a plus).
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing finance professionals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office/remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for finance and accounting roles, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with finance sector clients.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, social media and networks.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for successful candidates.
• Stay updated on market trends and compensation benchmarks in finance.
