Job summary

STADIO Higher Education seeks a Lecturer for Financial Management and Accounting at the Centurion Campus. You will deliver high-quality teaching, assess students, and support learning in a blended contact and online environment.

You will contribute to curriculum development, engage in research, and participate in academic citizenship, community engagement, and industry liaison to strengthen the programme and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an NQF 8 with a specialisation in financial management and accounting.
• Experience lecturing in a blended contact learning and online environment using LMS and video conferencing (e.g., Teams).
• Relevant industry experience in business with a related designation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and assess accounting and financial management modules for contact learners.
• Mark and moderate assessments; uphold quality assurance in teaching and assessment.
• Contribute to curriculum development, review and transformation; participate in academic citizenship.
• Produce accredited research publications; pursue postgraduate study and thought leadership.
• Engage with industry, community outreach and internationalisation initiatives; mentor staff.
