Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of an NQF 8, preferably with a specialisation in Project Management.
• Experience lecturing in a blended contact learning and online environment using LMS and video conferencing (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Relevant industry experience in business; ideally a member of an industry board with a relevant designation.

Responsibilities

• Lecture and assess contact learning students in Project Management modules.
• Conduct assessments, including marking and moderation.
• Uphold quality assurance standards in teaching and assessment.
• Provide academic support to promote student success.
• Contribute to curriculum development, review and transformation.
• Produce accredited research publications.
• Pursue postgraduate study.
• Engage in community engagement initiatives and industry liaison.
• Provide academic leadership, mentoring and staff development.
