Job summary

Kabstrading Co in Pietermaritzburg seeks Filling Clerks/Messengers to support procurement and accounts processes. You will enter requisitions and orders in SAP, and help maintain creditor and cashbook activities.

The role requires accuracy, routine liaison with creditors and hospital staff, and timely reconciliation of accounts receivable and payments.

This is a hands-on position ideal for organized individuals in a busy finance team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and capturing requisitions and orders on SAP.
• Facilitating the procurement cycle.
• Managing allocated creditors; reconciling, processing and liaising with creditors and hospital staff on queries.
• Resolving creditors and debtors account queries.
• Maintaining a filing system for creditors.
• Managing the Accounts receivable sub-system.
• Clearing and allocation of payments and receipts in the cashbook.
• Liaising with the national credit control department regarding daily banking and bank transfer payments.
