Job summary

Kabstrading Co is seeking Filling Clerks / Messengers to support our procurement and accounts functions in Cape Town. The role involves data entry in SAP, managing creditors and debtors, and cashbook activities, ensuring timely processing of payments and reconciliations.

The position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and daily liaison with creditors and hospital staff to resolve queries and maintain seamless financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and capturing of requisitions, and orders on SAP.
• Facilitating the procurement cycle.
• Managing allocated creditors. Reconciling, processing and liaising with creditors and hospital staff on a daily basis regarding queries on creditors.
• Resolving creditors and debtors account queries.
• Maintaining a filing system for creditors.
• Managing the Accounts receivable sub-system.
• Clearing and allocation of payments and receipts in the cashbook.
• Liaising with the national credit control department with regard to daily banking and bank transfer payment.
