Job summary

Profile Personnel seeks a technically capable MFP/PABX Technician with sales ability to join the team. The role involves field-based technical support across MFP/printing and PABX/Voice, with a focus on growing revenue through equipment upgrades and customer solutions.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, build strong customer relationships, and manage multiple priorities while meeting sales targets and service standards.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• 2–3 years' experience in MFP/printer support, PABX/Voice, or technical sales.
• A+ and N+ certification will be advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
• Reside in Port Alfred or Makhanda and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service and support MFP and printing solutions.
• Provide technical support for PABX, Voice and telecommunications solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Conduct service call-outs and provide on-site support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for new equipment, upgrades and additional solutions.
• Contribute to revenue growth through technical sales and customer engagement.
• Manage a service diary and prioritise multiple customer requirements.
• Complete administration and technical reporting.
• Work independently while meeting service standards, deadlines and sales targets.
