Job summary

SavageOne Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Solutions Technician to lead on-site installation and configuration of diverse voice, surveillance, and access-control systems. The role requires hands-on hardware and software experience and strong customer-facing skills.

The candidate should have a Matric and essential A+/N+ certifications, with advantageous PABX/Yeastar/3CX credentials. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required for site visits across clients.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• A+ and N+ certifications are essential.
• Additional certifications in PABX, Yeastar, or 3CX are advantageous.
• 5 years in a technical field support or installation technician role.
• Hands-on experience with a range of hardware and software products.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation and configuration of various systems and technologies.
• Working independently or with a team to deliver high-quality installations.
• Client-facing interaction during installation and support processes.
• Documentation and reporting of installation timelines and project scope.
• Adhering to health & safety and technical compliance standards.
