Qualifications

A relevant technical qualification or certification in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Field Engineer or Technician in telecommunications.
Strong understanding of wireless and/or fixed-line technologies.
Proficiency with relevant test equipment and diagnostic tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission telecommunications equipment, including base stations, routers, and transmission systems.
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on network infrastructure at customer sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, signal strength, and service quality.
Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed reports on network status and planned activities.
Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company best practices during all field operations.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding their telecommunications services.
