Qualifications

• Previous field-based technical experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Strong reading comprehension of technical docs and schematics.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, setup, and configuration of client equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance.
• Diagnose and resolve faults and malfunctions promptly.
• Respond to service requests within Richards Bay region.
• Maintain service reports, equipment logs and inventory records.
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures.
