Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Willing to travel within the Bloemfontein region.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test new equipment at customer locations.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative servicing on installed systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Provide technical assistance and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures on customer premises.
