Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their team servicing the Paarl area. You will install, maintain and repair equipment at client sites, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence while travelling to customer locations.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventative checks, train customers on usage, and maintain service reports. The role requires strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, excellent communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with the Paarl region and surrounding areas.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road.
