Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Control Systems Technician to deliver technical support, commissioning, and maintenance for industrial equipment across customer sites. Travel locally and cross-border as required, with on-site visits and remote support to ensure optimal system performance.

The role requires a qualified electrician or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in control systems, plus strong diagnostics, fault-finding, and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Control Systems.
• Experience with Electronics and/or Pneumatic Systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults on industrial equipment.
• Experience with equipment commissioning and customer support.
• Strong understanding of maintenance practices and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel locally, cross-border, and after-hours when required.
• Experience with spare parts management, warranty claims, and technical reporting will be advantageous.
• Ability to provide internal technical and sales support.
