Job summary

3L Consulting (Pty) Ltd is hiring for a hands‑on Field Sales Executive to manage a broad customer portfolio, prospect new business and drive revenue in a fast‑paced market. Expect ~120 existing customers, 15 in‑person visits weekly, and a focus on acquisition, retention and shipments.

The role demands relationship building, strong communication, and a drive to meet targets in a dynamic field environment. Cape Town-based with field visits across the territory.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or similar is required.
• Minimum three years field sales experience.
• At least two years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a related industry.
• Valid driver’s license; strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 existing customers and actively prospect for new business.
• Complete a minimum of 15 face‑to‑face customer visits per week.
• Generate at least four shipments per day to support sales‑volume growth.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline equivalent to at least 40% of portfolio revenue.
• Grow core business through repeat orders and new service opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales growth and customer retention.
