Job summary

Switch Recruit is recruiting a Field Sales Executive to grow revenue, profitability and market share by securing new business and managing customer relationships in the assigned geographic area.

The role entails executing field sales plans, driving customer retention, and delivering consistent lead generation aligned with the organisation's commercial strategy across Southern Africa.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Marketing or a relevant field advantageous.
• 5-8 years experience in clearing and forwarding sales (non-negotiable).
• Proven track record in sales, business development or field sales.
• Familiarity with CargoWise1 an advantage.
• Driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

• Monitor competitors and market trends for strategic insights.
• Complete a minimum of 8 customer engagements per week and log all activity within the CRM.
