The successful candidate will drive technical proposals, support project delivery, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity. Field travel to mining sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development or applications engineering within the mining or mineral processing industry.
• Strong ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining and mineral processing sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mining clients and key industry stakeholders.
• Understand client technical requirements and recommend suitable equipment and solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Work closely with engineering, operations and technical teams to support project delivery.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and technical discussions.
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales process.
• Monitor mining industry developments, market trends and competitor activities.
• Assist clients with identifying practical and cost-effective technical solutions.
