Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster (property claims).
• Strong knowledge of property policies, building structures and repairs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Investigate property claims by inspecting damage and gathering evidence.
• Assess repairs or replacement costs and coverage.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders.
