Labourlinq Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to grow and manage relationships with healthcare professionals across the Pretoria region. This field-based role focuses on building strong ties with GPs, specialists, and other HCPs to promote pharmaceutical and healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven field-based sales experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to travel frequently within the region.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• BSc/BCom degree preferred; pharma/healthcare sales experience advantageous.
• Field-based sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Willing to travel frequently within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals across the Pretoria region.
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, call rates, volume and market share objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to promote products and services.
• Develop territory plans to maximise coverage and productivity.
• Deliver product presentations and detailing using marketing materials.
• Drive customer registrations, product awareness and orders within territory.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity; provide insights to management.
• Record visits and opportunities in the company's CRM; manage expenses within budget.
• Attend training and stay updated on products and industry developments.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically with high customer service standards.
