Placements24 is seeking a proactive Field Operations Supervisor to oversee daily tasks at our Richards Bay facility. The role involves leading field technicians and operators, enforcing HSE standards, and ensuring efficient production and maintenance activities within the oil and gas sector.

You will coordinate work schedules, monitor performance, and troubleshoot operational challenges to maintain high productivity and compliance in the Richards Bay environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a supervisor or team lead in field operations.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas production processes and equipment.
• NEBOSH or similar safety certification is a plus.
