Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of oil and gas field operations experience.
• Solid understanding of production engineering, including artificial lift systems (ESPs, gas lift).
• Experience with surface facility operations and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and team-oriented in field environment near Nelspruit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the performance of oil and gas wells and surface facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including equipment malfunctions and production variances.
• Implement artificial lift optimization strategies and manage associated equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in field operations.
