Qualifications

• Matric certificate and relevant IT certifications.
• 1-2 years of experience in supporting and maintaining computer software and hardware.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure IT hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Perform tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
• Provide front line software support to external and internal customers.
• Ensure tickets are updated with notes and resolved within SLA.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to company guidelines.
