Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Installation & Repair Technician to join their Mahikeng team. You will install, configure, and service equipment at client sites, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance while delivering excellent customer service in the field.

The role requires strong hands-on skills, the ability to travel within the Mahikeng region, and a valid driver's license. A dynamic workplace with ongoing training and opportunities for overtime is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Installation Technician or Repair Technician.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up new equipment and systems at customer premises according to specifications.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various types of equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative servicing on client systems.
• Respond to service calls and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all installation, repair, and maintenance activities performed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and adheres to company quality standards.
