The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of agricultural sales experience, knows fertilizer products well, and can prepare cost estimates and proposals while coordinating orders and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Grade 12; Agricultural qualification advantageous
• 1–3 years experience in agricultural sales
• Understanding fertilizer products, compositions, benefits and applications
• Identify customers, build relationships, understand crop/soil needs
• Recommend fertilizer programs aligning with customer goals
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase products
• Coordinate fertilizer orders, delivery schedules
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance
• Develop cost estimates and proposals for fertilizer programs
• Generate reports on sales activities and market insights

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 with Agricultural qualification will be an advantage
