About the Role

Our client, a prominent agricultural producer in the Rustenburg area, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Farm Operations Manager. This role is critical for overseeing the day-to-day management of a large-scale farming operation, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of crop cultivation, harvest, and post-harvest activities, as well as supervising a dedicated team of farm workers.
