Our client, a leading agricultural enterprise based in Mahikeng , is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Farm Operations Manager to oversee a significant portion of their crop production operations. This role is vital for ensuring the efficient, sustainable, and profitable cultivation of various crops. The Farm Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all farming activities, from land preparation and planting to harvesting and post-harvest handling. This position requires a strong blend of practical farming knowledge, leadership acumen, and a commitment to adopting innovative agricultural techniques. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing resource utilization, managing a diverse team, and achieving production targets within the North West province. This is a hybrid role, requiring presence on-site regularly, with flexibility for remote administrative tasks.
