Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Farm Management or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive farm operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of crop production cycles, soil science and IPM.
• Experience in leading a diverse workforce and coordinating field operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily farm operations including crop cultivation, irrigation, pest and disease management.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets for cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise and lead farm workers with training and performance management.
• Implement sustainable farming practices, soil health and water conservation.
• Coordinate procurement of fertilizers, pesticides and inputs, and maintain equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
