Qualifikationen

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Management, or a related field.
• Reliable organizational and time-management abilities are required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, are expected.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily farm labor activities and assign tasks.
• Manage inventory of farm supplies, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance of farm machinery and equipment.
• Maintain records of planting, harvesting, labor hours, and resource usage.
• Support Farm Manager in crop management plans and procedures.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure safety compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and service calls.
• Monitor field conditions and report issues to the Farm Manager.
• Assist in data collection for operational analysis and reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to the farm management team.
