Qualifications

Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar administrative/logistical role, preferably within agriculture.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and supplier interaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with farm management software.
A foundational understanding of agricultural processes and practices in North West.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily work schedules for farm staff, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
Manage inventory of farm supplies, including seeds, fertilizers, and equipment parts, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Liaise with suppliers and service providers to arrange for deliveries, maintenance, and repairs.
Oversee the logistical aspects of planting, cultivation, and harvesting operations.
Maintain accurate operational records, including staff hours, resource usage, and production data.
Assist in the implementation of farm safety procedures and ensure compliance.
