Ergasia Placements in Bloemfontein is seeking an experienced Farm Foreman to lead day-to-day farming operations on a busy property, overseeing teams and ensuring livestock care and crop activities are carried out efficiently.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong practical farming knowledge, and the ability to operate farm machinery; successful candidates will reside in the Verkeerdevlei/Tweespruit area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Farm Foreman or in a similar farming role.
• Strong practical farming experience with livestock.
• Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.
• Valid RSA driver's license is required.
• Physically fit and willing to work hands-on.
• Willing to relocate to Verkeerdevlei/Tweespruit area, Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day farming operations.
• Manage and supervise farm employees.
• Assist with livestock management and animal care.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Monitor daily farming activities and ensure tasks are completed.
