Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in farm management focused on crop production.
• Knowledge of modern farming techniques, crop science, and pest/disease management.
• Experience with irrigation systems and farm machinery.
• Ability to manage on-site teams and contribute in remote planning sessions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily farm operations including planting, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
