Placements24 seeks an experienced Farm Manager to oversee operations on an agricultural property in Upington. You will manage crop production, livestock, irrigation, staff, and farm finances to maximize yield, efficiency, and profitability in the Northern Cape.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of crop production and irrigation, and the ability to maintain equipment while supervising workers. Accommodation may be available on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Farm Manager or in a senior agricultural management role.
• Strong knowledge of crop production, soil management, and irrigation techniques.
• Experience with livestock management is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery.
• Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field preferred.
