Absa Group in Hermanus is hiring a Financial Adviser AIFA to provide FAIS-compliant financial planning and advisory services in Everyday Banking. The role requires a strong client focus, NQF 5 FAIS credits, RE 5 certification, and ongoing fit and proper status.

The adviser will conduct Financial Needs Analyses, present recommendations, and implement approved solutions following Absa processes. Regular reviews and proactive client engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years Financial Planning / Advice in Long-term Insurance and investment.
• FAIS regulations and compliance knowledge expected.
• Ability to conduct Financial Needs Analysis and present recommendations.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform Financial Needs Analysis and present suitable Absa-approved products.
• Maintain client portfolio and ensure regular reviews for continued suitability.
